The Terrazzo floor in our communal hallway was in need of some TLC. Steve recommending cleaning and sealing. He was very helpful throughout, came to site as arranged, did what he said he would, and left everything clean and tidy. We've used GMS on several of our interior design projects in London in the last few years. He's always prompt, professional and works to a very high standard. His removal of some heavy, long existing rust stains on a limestone patio floor was in the words of our client, miraculous.

I'm very pleased to be able to recommend Steve Gray Marble and Stone. My cream marble shower room had developed a rapidly growing dark grey discolouration. It was very unsightly and - of course - it was the first thing you saw on walking into the room. No one I consulted knew what it was, and they were quite satisfied to let matters rest there. Not so Steve! He didn't know what it was either - but at that point, he was just getting going. Steve didn't stop until he had conducted a thorough investigation, diagnosed the source of the problem, fixed it, removed the discolouration and polished up the marble. My shower room is now once again resplendent. I'm relieved to have it solved, and very grateful for Steve's willingness to apply his expertise to an unusual and perplexing problem. M.S. We called grey marble and stone after our cleaner burned our hall flooring with a cleaning product. We we're very impressed with the levels of service we received, no mess or dust during the works, good all round communication and a friendly, but very professional oprative. Within one week of buying an expensive marble console, a spilled glass of wine ruined it. Ten years later, Gary Marble was recommended to me to clean the marble in my bathroom. He not only made the marble in my bathroom shine like new, he removed the stain in my marble console and on my marble fire place. The work did not smell or create dust and the results are amazing. We called in Gray Marble and Stone to try and remove rust stains from our marble floor. We had tried another company,but they barely made a difference. Steve came in and got the job done to a higher standard we had hoped for, and once he had finished polishing the floor it looked like new. Service with a capital S.

Thanks to Steve at GSM. Our cleaner burnt our kitchen work tops and bathroom vanity tops by using the wrong products leaving a dull, hazy finish. Steve worked wonders and it now looks as good as new. no mess to clean up afterwards either, v. professional service all round.

I can highly recommend Gray Marble and Stone. Their oprative was very knowledgeable and dealt with our badly cracked vanity top faultlessly, neither my husband or myself can see the repairs. they also repolished our kithen floor to a very high standard.

Steve did a very good job on the marble top in my bathroom - it's only a small bathroom, but the top had become marked over the years (by bottles, spillages etc.) and had lost its shine. It now looks as good as new, and I'm very pleased with it.

Gray marble and stone have saved my kitchen floor. I had a limestone floor installed last year but it wasn't correctly sealed resulting in a horrid dirty looking surface. Steve has made it look as new again.

GMS, having cleaned the marble floors of St Mary-le-Bow church to an unbelievable shine last year, today cleaned the stone floors to the entrance Vestibule. The difference is immense.
